The
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released
a supplemental
proposed SSA No-Match letters rule,
which fails to redress concerns that the
rule would hurt workers and employers alike.
NAKASEC
will submit written comments to DHS that
demonstrate the negative impact SSA No-match
has had on U.S. citizens and lawful workers.

피해 사례를 찾습니다
국토안보부는 모든 노동자 및 고용주에게 큰 혼란과 손해를 끼치게 될 노매치 레터(사회보장국 불일치 편지) 단속조치의 개정안을 최근 발표했습니다.
미교협과 민족학교 등 가입단체들은 30일동안의 시민의견 제출기간 동안 현행 노매치레터로 인해 피해를 입은 시민권자 또는 합법 노동자들의 사례를 모아 소개하고자 합니다. 4월18일까지 미교협 홈페이지를 방문 하신 후 연락처와 함께 본인의 사례를 기입해 주시면 됩니다. 우리말 지원이 필요하신 분은 배옥희 (bbae@nakasec.org,
