View Events
The Google Calendar screen is divided into three main areas:
- Event Area, divided into hour rows and day columns.
- the Mini Calendar which shows the current month and allows setting the scope of the calendar.
- the list of calendars in which are all calendars to which the user has access to. By checking on and off each calendar, you can toggle visibility for the events listed under each calendar.
Event Name Format
Generally, if less than 5 people are attending, write down their names BEFORE the name of event, so that even when the visibility of the calendar is limited with many overlapping events, people will spot the actvities that they are supposed to go to.
Examples:
- "ES SY immigrant rights rally"
- "CL IH JH DJ HAP mtg"
