Tenant Grace Application in Korean
More and more Koreans are losing their jobs due to the coronavirus crisis, and are struggling to pay rent due to significantly reduced working hours.
Korean Resource Center 민족학교 has produced a guide on tenant rights and an application for deferral of rental fees in Korean that can be submitted to the landlord, and is distributed mainly in the L.A. Korean Market.
